“When I was thinking of buying a house on my own for the first time as a single person, everyone kept saying to me, be careful purchasing a home is the most important decision you have to make.  So I was always weary when I would visit houses, I thought about buying brand new so I don’t have the anxiety of a resale house, but I could not wait until they are built.  I finally found the perfect house for me, the only thing kept me from getting all excited was thinking about the inspection.  Luckily Adam was referred to me.  He met me at the house right on time, went through the procedures first, he was very upfront on what they check when inspecting a house.  He thoroughly checked the roof, the attic, the electrical room, the HVAC system, the plumbing.  He did not mind my endless questions along the way; he patiently explained what I should be watching out for.  I have to admit what I thought was going to be a dreadful experience turned out to be fun.  Who would have though a house inspection would be fun and educational?  Afterwards as promised, I received the report in a format that was easy and so user friendly anyone can understand it.  Making the decision to hire Adam to inspect my house was the 2nd best decision I did, the 1st being taking the plunge and buying the house.  Thank you very much.”
